This means you must have the extension installed and you must check the extension to see if your name has been drawn as the winner<\/li>\n<li>The winner has 24 hours to claim the prize, before another winner is randomly selected<\/li>\n<li>No purchases are necessary. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deal Trunk: February Launch Contest (the Contest) is open to legal residents of<br \/>\nthe fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18)<br \/>\nyears old at the time of entry. Employees of Deal Trunk and other companies<br \/>\nassociated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents,<br \/>\nsubsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate<br \/>\nfamily (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such<br \/>\nemployee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and<br \/>\nregulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sponsor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Deal Trunk, located at PO Box 535 Monroeville, PA 15146.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Agreement to Official Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement<br \/>\nto and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are<br \/>\nfinal and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official<br \/>\nRules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Contest Period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Contest begins on APR 18, 2013 at 11:59:00AM EST and ends on APR 22, 2013 at 11:59:00AM EST (the Contest Period). Entries that are submitted before<br \/>\nor after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the<br \/>\nduration of the Contest using any of the following methods: Online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. How to Enter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by visiting the Deal Trunk official site or official Facebook page and accurately completing and submitting the specified methods of entry for each giveaway, following the on-screen instructions located on this page:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limit one entry per person or email address.<\/strong> No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries. Multiple entries by the same entrant using different email addresses or social media accounts, will invalidate all entries submitted by that entrant for the entire giveaway period and all future giveaways. Incomplete entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Multiple entries and mechanically reproduced copies are void. Winners will be chosen randomly from the valid submitted entries and contacted through the corresponding method of entry. Winners must respond within 3 days with their valid shipping address, or the prize is forfeit and a new winner will be randomly selected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Prize Drawing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On or about APR 22, 2013, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random<br \/>\ndrawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend<br \/>\non the number of entries received. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The potential winner will be notified THROUGH the browser extension on or about APR 22, 2013. A notification will be posted containing the winner\u2019s full name and information on how to claim the prize.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the potential winner cannot be contacted within one (1) day after the date of the first attempt to contact him\/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his\/her place at<br \/>\nrandom from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Winner Notification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The potential winner will be notified THROUGH the browser extension on or about APR 2013. A notification will be posted containing the winner\u2019s full name and information on how to claim the prize. Each potential Grand Prize winner will<br \/>\nbe required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance<br \/>\nwithin one (1) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim<br \/>\nhis\/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the<br \/>\nDeclaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is<br \/>\nreturned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential winner is at<br \/>\nleast 18 but still considered a minor in his\/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor<br \/>\nreserves the right to award the prize in the name of his\/her parent or legal guardian,<br \/>\nwho will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winners<br \/>\nbehalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential<br \/>\nwinners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules,<br \/>\nand winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential<br \/>\nwinner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an<br \/>\nalternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.<br \/>\nPrizes will be fulfilled approximately as quickly as possible after the conclusion of the<br \/>\nSweepstakes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grand Prize (1) \u2013 $40 Amazon Gift Card<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. General Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in<br \/>\nany way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm,<br \/>\nunauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest<br \/>\nis unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole<br \/>\ndiscretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to<br \/>\naddress the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best<br \/>\nconforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in<br \/>\nthe event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, nonsuspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the<br \/>\nright in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the<br \/>\nentry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these<br \/>\nOfficial Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any<br \/>\nperson to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest<br \/>\nmay be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the<br \/>\nSponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys fees) and any other<br \/>\nremedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the<br \/>\nSponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of<br \/>\nthat provision. <\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Release and Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the<br \/>\nSponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and<br \/>\npromotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of<br \/>\ntheir respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and<br \/>\nagents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out<br \/>\nof participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or<br \/>\nactivity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated<br \/>\nwith the Contest, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider<br \/>\n(ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or<br \/>\naccessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular<br \/>\ntower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed,<br \/>\nor misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures<br \/>\nor difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical,<br \/>\nnetwork, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d)application<br \/>\ndownloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including,<br \/>\nwithout limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the<br \/>\nannouncement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and\/or the<br \/>\nflyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application the processing of<br \/>\nentries application downloads or in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death,<br \/>\nlosses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly<br \/>\nor indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or<br \/>\nacceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related<br \/>\nthereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability<br \/>\nwill be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event<br \/>\nshall the entrant be entitled to receive attorneys fees. Released Parties are also not<br \/>\nresponsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users,<br \/>\ntampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in<br \/>\nthe Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but<br \/>\nnot limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and<br \/>\ncauses of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize<br \/>\nawarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and<br \/>\nexclusively by the appropriate court located in Pennsylvania. All issues and questions<br \/>\nconcerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official<br \/>\nRules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in<br \/>\nconnection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance<br \/>\nwith, the laws of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of<br \/>\nlaw rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than<br \/>\nPennsylvania. <\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Privacy <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Information collected from entrants is subject to sponsors privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.
